Lose It - Grieve It - Rebuild Congratulations on your completion of our courses and Welcome to the Grief Inc Community. We are glad you're here, but sorry you had to come. While you are here, you may just want to go at your own pace, or you may be feeling so overloaded, you may feel the need to share what you're going through at the moment. I encourage you to engage as much as possible because as a greiving person, you NEED to tell your story. We have all agreed that we will not compare our losses, as many support groups do, and there are over 40+ types of losses inside this community - Divorce & Death are the most common. Some have found their way here due to a loss of health, loss of finances, and even pet loss. There are many here who have a loss of trust, loss of safety and a loss of direction in life. So, please be gentle with all here - We have promised not to share outside of this community. Please respect what everyone is going through at this time. We are all here because our heart have been broken, and we are looking for some answers as to how to heal it, and begin to rebuild our lives as we navigate this thing called grief. Prepare yourself for an array of breakthrough's as you discover what grief came to teach you. You will hear interviews from others, attend Live Zoom Calls, and these are all designed to help you wherever you are. We all suffer loss, but our society doesn't help us much through to grieving process. We cannot rebuild anything if we have not gone through the grief process. I cannot begin to express how many people I have taken through this journey have built ministries and created non-profits to honor their loved ones life. You're not broken, your heart is - No, you're not crazy, you're grieving. You need to heard, understood, and guided back to who you are meant to be in this life. I have heard so many people say, "I just want my life back ... I just want to be the person I used to be." I promise you, if you are willing to put in the time, receive the knowledge, and prepare your heart to be healed, you can rebuild your life and make it into something beautiful.
